If I only want to post my offers, do I need to register and do I have to pay?

You will need to register for either type of memberships (pay and not-pay) then feel free to post as many offers as you like( please note that you can post the same offers once for the same day) . Register me then.

What exactly is the difference between Free Membership and Privilege Membership (Basic , SME and High-level Member)?

Free members can do almost everything the same as our Privilege members (paid) but with more limited scope. For example, to view full details of qualified buyers and some qualified sellers, it needs that you have to register for a paid membership .

Further more, we can translate the trade leads from our Privilege members into Chinese to meet our Chinese clients' need, and we constantly recommend some qualified Chinese potential clients to our Privilege members .

Why do I have to pay since some other sites offer me free leads?

You may be able to find free trade leads in other web sites but what We(CIE) offers here is much different :

Can I first register to be a Free member then extend to a Privilege membership after?

Sure, you can register to be a Basic Plus, SME or High-level member at any time.

What if I'm not satisfied with the CIE service?

As a Privilege member, you can search for trade-leads matching your requirements. From the search results, you can pick only the leads really of your interest. This means you will receive only what you order.

Still, if you find any difficulties using the CIE service, our staff is here for you to give you suggestions in order to make the best use of every function in the CIE.

I forget my password, what should I do?

Please contact us directly and provide us with your name, company name, company address and contact numbers. We will then give you your password within 48 hours.

Post Offers

If I only want to post my offers, do I need to register and do I have to pay?

You will need to register for either type of memberships (pay and not-pay) then feel free to post as many offers as you like. Because Chinese is your target clients ,posting your offers in Chinese much better than in English ,further more ,only the Privilege members can post their offers in our Chinese edition ,we can help them translate the full offers into Chinese with very low fee . Register me then.

How to post offers on CIE Trade Leads?

Just follow the easy steps below:

You will need to sign up for a membership first in order to use this service. Register me.
Click on the "Post Offers" shown on the top toolbar of CIE home page or Trade Leads's pages (if you are not yet logged in, you will be asked to login first).
Fill out the form and click the "Submit" button

How can I put a product picture in my offer?

In the posting form, under the title "Insert Product Image", click the button "browse", then select an image file from your computer. After filling all other information

Is there any difference between the postings of a Free member and a paid member? (Basic , SME, High-level)

Both types are allowed to use posting service. What's different is the scope of accessing posted offers. Offers posted by our paid member will be more accessible and well promoted. All type of members (paid and non-paid) can see full detail of leads posted by paid members while only paid members can view full detail of leads posted by Free members.

If the products in my offer correspond to several different categories, what should I do?

For this case, please divide your offer into separate offers, and then find the most appropriate category for each offer.

What should I do if I can't find a relevant category to post my offers?

Please email (Service@imp-exp.cn) your product categories to us so that we can put them in consideration of establishing new categories.

Can I repost the same offer?

Yes, you can repost the same offer but not within 24 hours.

How long does it take to post my offer on CIE Trade Leads after it has been submitted?

Each posting will be published after 24 hours for each posting will be reviewed by CIE staffs in order to avoid unlawful or libelous or spam messages.

Why was my posting refused after it's been submitted?

A posting will be refused from at least one of the following reasons:

A. Your message seems unintentionally posted.
B. Your message is unlawful, defamatory, or violates the rights of benefits of others.
C. Your offer was too broad. Adequate detail is required.
D. You have posted the same message more than once within 24 hours.
E. Other unacceptable messages.

How can my offer be on the top of trade-lead lists?

The top position of a trade-lead list is reserved for a Trade Leads advertiser only. Want to advertise yours? Click here.

Can I change my profile or contact details?

You can not update or change your profile by yourself for security by now ,if you are the Privilege member, then, e-mail us the changes you will make ,we do it for you.

View Offers

How can I view offers?

There are 2 functions helping you find required offers:

From the first page of the Trade Leads section, select an industry, then all offers relevant to the industry will be shown. For example, if you want to view offers of shirts, just go to the "Garment, Garment Accessories and Machinery" industry. You can choose to view sell offers only, buy offers only or opportunity offers only. From here, you can also narrow down the results by putting some keywords into the Search box then select "Search in this category only." This will give you fewer results but more of what you are looking for.

The result will show only the latest offers. However, you can click for more results, in longer period of time or even all offers ever posted in our database.


Enter keywords and other criteria into the Search box. For instance, putting "china + sweater + manufacturer" will give you all the relevant "china sweater manufacturer" trade leads.

Qualified-Lead Notifications (QLN)

"Lead notifications" is a free time-effective service for all Privilege members. It alerts you of new trade leads that fit your given criteria on a daily basis. This way, you will not have to logon to the web site and search for the leads yourself since they will automatically be emailed to you as soon as we get them.

Do I have to register for the notification service?

No, if you have already registered for a Privilege membership (either type). Not yet registered? Register me.

Do I have to register for a new email account?

No, you can use your existing email account if you have one.

How can I start using the notification then?

After you become our Privilege member, we'll send them to you.

How can I unsubscribe from the Qualified-Lead Notification?

To unsubscribe, whether completely or only for some keywords, please e-mail us your member account ,tell us what you want to do.

What are the "Plain Text Email" and the "HTML Email"?

You can choose the email format that you prefer to use when receiving lead notifications.

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) Format is an email format enabling you to see all details just like viewing a web page. An HTML email usually presents information with better looks compared to the Plain Text one since it can provide colorful designs with /images. HTML is also a more convenient format as it lets you jump to a specific web site by clicking a link in your email. Unfortunately, some email providers don't support this type of email and also, it makes your email size larger compared to the Plain Text format.

Plain Text (TXT) Format is a text-only format, which is an easy, traditional way to receive messages. Your email size will be smaller compared to the HTML format.
The default format is HTML.
